Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustments cum Strategic Planning for Fiscal Year 2024

To systematically evaluate the implementation of various programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) of the three functional divisions of the SDO Biñan City held the Program Implementation Review and Plan Adjustments (PIRPA) last August 7-9, 2024, at Camp John Hay, Baguio City. It is a necessary undertaking to review if goals and performance targets are being met as specified in the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), and Work and Financial Plans (WFP). It likewise supports the institution’s commitment to provide the members of its organization with opportunities to link their achievements and make a meaningful contribution to the attainment of this institution’s Vision and Mission; promote individual and team growth, participation, and commitment; and grow professionally and personally.

The activity showcased the remarkable performance of the Division through the presentation of accomplishments of different offices and units from the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS), School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), and Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) vis-à-vis checking of alignment of different Programs, Projects, and Activities with the current Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) 2022-2028 and of the recent DepEd’s MATATAG Agenda.

The activity offered an opportunity for an open discussion of job expectations, key result areas, objectives, and how these are aligned to the overall division’s goals and targets. It provided an avenue for agreement on standards of performance of behaviors which leads to professional and personal growth in the organization.

The division crafted the strategic plan for the remaining months of the fiscal year and the continuation of different programs. Furthermore, gaps were acknowledged to be addressed and provide timely and relevant interventions.
